UA Elite is a travel baseball program for advanced athletes throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Our teams are comprised of players with above average ability. Using this model, our instructors can focus on the advanced stages of development.
UA Elite is not for everyone. This program is only designed for athletes who want to take their game to the next level. Extensive training and travel will be required.
Tryouts are typically in early summer. Individual evaluations may be possible on a case by case basis. Please contact us for details.
While the trend of organizations is to form as many teams as possible, we have decided to do something completely different. We need to focus on developing elite level players; therefore, our program will only consist of elite level teams. This decision was about quality not quantity.
Our single most important goal is to make every player better. While we intend to win each time we take the field, we will focus on the process and not the results. In doing so, we teach players to be confident in their development rather than focusing on their results. Focusing mainly on results will often cause frustration and also cause a player to lose confidence. Our players will learn that mastering the process will help them reach their desired goals.
While both share the same core values, the UA Elite program has both a regional and national focus.
Norfolk Baseball Academy owns and operates the UA Elite Baseball Program.

Showcase players will have a minimum of two practices per week in season. One will be dedicated to baseball and the other to sports performance. Our Winter schedule will differ.

No. Unfortunately there is not a program that guarantees entry into college. However, we will assist our players with college placement. Our schedules will be designed so that our players will have opportunities for maximum exposure.
